Hi mwddrwg! to BleepingComputer (BC) I think you'll find your fellow members to exist really kind and volition exercise their best to help with questions!
Let's come across if either of these pictures volition work for you (same picture, ii different sizes)
Some details: The picture of the logo above appears to take already been cropped, thus it's not equally clear equally the official logo from the official website: https://www.clubwebsite.com/caernarfontown/News/view/939020 If you correct click on the official logo, copy image address and paste it in a new tab (or window) yous'll see a checker board pattern in the background which is "transparent" then notice there is the white border surrounding the actual logo (the edge you would like to get rid of).
Here'southward the tricky part about that white border: I experimented in Photoshop attempting to remove it and information technology appears that the logo, including the border was created in Photoshop, which did non let me to remove the white groundwork as being transparent. You'll find that BC members support 1 some other, thus there'southward a strong run a risk a member with greater experience in Photoshop (or other editing software) will come along and produce a miracle if the pictures higher up will non fulfil your need.
No doubtfulness yous accept already experienced that although there are a lot of picture editing opportunities available, there sure isn't an easy set to edit a "round" logo with a foursquare edge!!
At present and then, I have never used Publisher, I do not know what y'all would need to embed a moving-picture show, or what size you are seeking.
Here are the direct links for the ii pictures in a higher place if they will help you.

Please let us know your progress and attain out for anything else!

Ahhh expert former Publisher! You should be able to exercise everything direct from inside Publisher - ie: 'insert' the original image and and so 'format motion-picture show' to the called shape and size etc. Hopefully this tutorial will answer a few questions.
Thank you

@mwddrwg, using the moving picture you provided in your link, have y'all attempted to salvage it, then employ the insert tab/ pictures to embed it in a Publisher page? I take done so and the white border disappears around the logo once you click away from it:
Effort to insert your picture, and then practise a print preview and there should not be a white border. Let us know!
